3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

3.2 By clicking the ‘Place order’ button, you make a binding declaration to order the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after completion by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation email includes all order details, including these terms and conditions.

3.3 We retain the order data with contractual conditions until its completion. These details are provided to you in the email sent according to Section 3.2. You also have the option to save or print the contract text during the ordering process.

3.4 The contract is concluded in German.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal (Section 5), you bear the return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet rendered consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (Section 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Delivery Area and Customer Base

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany. If you wish to place an order or arrange delivery outside these areas, we are happy to assist you.

7. Prices and Shipping Costs

7.1 The prices listed on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.

7.2 In addition to the listed prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping cost is 35,00 euros. These costs are clearly communicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

8. Payment and Delivery

The purchase price is due in advance and payable upon order. The goods are only shipped once the purchase price is credited to our account or we receive a payment guarantee from your bank. Payment options are as follows:

9. Retention of Title
